If you're looking for a downtown location for your wedding day in the Inland Empire, look no further than Riverside! While much of the general inland southern California area has wedding locales such as ranches, farms, and estates, Riverside has an upscale city vibe that you and your guests will love!
The most well-known venue in downtown Riverside is The Mission Inn. The Mission Inn offers the best in all-inclusive event service, as it has multiple ceremony and reception options and also operates as a hotel. There’s a spa, restaurant, and even a museum on-site!
If you’re getting married in Riverside, you won’t have to go far for accommodations. The Riverside Convention Center is also downtown, which means there’s plenty of hotels and restaurants within walking distance. Like any downtown hub, there are local events throughout the year, so it’s best to check when these are occurring when choosing your wedding date. The Mission Inn’s Festival of Lights, for instance, draws thousands of visitors and would make it very difficult for your guests to secure parking for an evening reception!
There are also venues outside of the downtown center that have a different feel. Crestmore Manor, for instance, is a historic estate that’s part of the Riverside County Open Space District. If you’re looking for a stately feel to your wedding day, and plenty of green space with mature trees for your images, Crestmore Manor is well worth a look!
