How to Select Your Favorites and Download Your Images
In your online gallery, there are tools to help you select your favorite images as your selections. Use the heart icon to select your favorite images.
A pop-up will show up asking for your email so a Favorites list can be created under your email.
You will receive confirmation at the bottom of the page once a photo has been added to your Favorites.
Once you are done selecting your favorites, click on the heart icon at the top of the gallery page.
This will take you to your Favorites gallery.
Once you confirm that the correct images are in your gallery, go to the paper airplane icon at the top of the page, and select Send to Photographer from the dropdown. If you selected your favorites several weeks ago, remember to go back in your gallery, confirm your selections, and then Send to Photographer. While I can see your list of Favorites, I don’t know if those are your final selections until you send the Favorites to me.
This will pop up with the email that will be sent to me. All you have to do is click send.
Once I receive your Favorites, I will place your images in a separate folder in your gallery, and you’ll receive notification via email that states, “Photos for Smith Family are ready.” Click on the link and it will take you back to your gallery. Once you are inside your gallery, click on the download icon at the top of the page.
Enter your email and the download PIN that was sent to your email.
The folder with your downloads will appear on the screen. Select the option for High Res, and then click Start Download.
When your photos are ready, a link will appear on your screen. Click on the link to download your photos.
An email will also be sent to you once your photos are ready. You can download your photos with this link during the next 7 days.
